projector halo blinker problem

I just installed new halo projector headlights and carbon fiber mirrors with led's on the back of them. I switched my signal bulbs to silver stars and spliced the driving light( little bulb in the corner of each new headlight) along with the led's on the mirrors to my turn signals. they worked fine for a day. now my blinkers work when thay want. I kept blowing the stock 10 amp fuse for the signals so I put a 30 amp in there for temporary use. why are my signals acting weird am i trying to draw to much power?
