I made a new box for my subs and customized the trunk. My subs are old and look worn but they still bump. JL and fosgate...

that looks good. with some good handy work u can do that urself.

I spent around $60 for materials. All the labor involved tired me out though. It was a good 3 day project.

u can get the materials at homedept... fabric... at carpet shops... audio shops... fabric shops... just dependin on what u want to use...

make the box... by going with the specs on ur sub.... use the recommended size...

um i have the infinity kappa perfect....

Where did you guys get the carpet for your boxes? What color is that?

i just have one question, how did you attach MDF to the side of the trunk, thats the only thing stopping me from beginning my trunk

looks good. i used to have a setup like that with my type R's when i had my corolla.

how did you two do yours? i just lined up my box where the read windshield meets the trunk then made a template from cardboard, cut out the wood and screwed it to the front of my box. it fit perfect and was pretty easy to do.

I actually built a whole new box for mine, took measurements and got to work!! I like it because my new box is wider and less deep which gives me more room, but then I put side walls so I'm giving up space at the same time.

That is a tight ass set up. I just purchase a Audiobah 4800W Amp and 2 2000 W 15's. My problem is that I don't have the hands for this project.

Does Sean2Sean or Chrome 94 have som DIY Tips??
