    Hey Magicflip32

Tint: You may tint rear and back windows but not front..... Only under very defined and generally not found circumstances can you tint the front driver and passenger windows with anything unless it came from the factory.

Sound System: No driver of a vehicle shall operate, or permit the
operation of, any sound amplification system which can be heard
outside the vehicle from 50 or more feet when the vehicle is being
    operated upon a highway.

Engine: Any aftermarket parts that come with a CARB sticker means they're legal on a car that must be smog-tested.
Anything installed by a manufacturer's in-house tuner is usually legal if it retains all emissions equipment.

Headlights: Turn signal bulbs can be of hyperwhite or amber light

...............there is more just cant think of tha rest

I think even though the parts may be CARB approveed, it still has to pass emmisions. It will pass visual inspection but as far as how the car will perform under the test, the results may be different.

Yeah but we are also the state with the most debt, so they have to get you somehow. Like Emissions, if a car passes emissions why does it have to have a carb sticker? EL Prototypes Headers are emission legal but no carb sticker makes it illegal. Thats just dumb in my mind. Just my $0.02
