Is it normal?

my capacitor clicks every 5 mins or so. when it clicks, the blue led & the digital numbers turn off for a sec then come back on. is this normal? when the car is on, it displays 14.5 in the cap.

1.5 farad
24 VCD max (?)
Digital Capacitor

oh yah and i got the boss 2500d amp for my subs...

uh, sounds like its shutting off before it shorts itself out....how many farads??...and what kinda system are you runnin..

the cap does that even if nothing is running :superconf
