I have some cool news for you guys. I work in best buy and today they asked me to help out fixing DVDs in Media (i work in computers) and i found this (check links). Curently i bought the first one but i will buy all of them and ripem and put them on my server so if you guys want to download it.

Yup! The DVD has both orginal and english versions. I just watched like 1/3 of it and i am amazed. Half of the movie deserves a screenshot while translation is done very well and music is nice too. I really like it and recomend it!

hehe.. cool, i bought the D1 USA show last year in DVD, whoa! such a good DVD , u guys should get it! last race in finals was S15 vs trueno, and the trueno won! go corolla!

I admit this is a verry good dvd. Just researched it a little and found out that TOKYOPOP (company that brought Initial D to states) offers the DVDs for 19.99 while Best Buy, which by the way i think is the only retailer, for 14.99. There is going to be 10 DVDs, and as i said before 4 is out now and the 5th one is dropping in may. On top of it TOKYOPOP introduced the Initial D trading card game. I personnaly dont like these but you can find some nice stuff on their website.

i just got the vol.1 two day ago from best buy and it's so GOOD!

i have first 3 dvd's, i would have said something but i figured u knew. i have ALL episodes made as far as i know. i might be able to put them up on aim. I have 1-26 stage 1, 1-13 stage 2, stage 3 movie. they all have subs, but sometimes the base language switches and that can be annoying, but o well its worth it. one of best series ever made in my opinion.

there are 2 versions on the dvd's, english and japanese. the jap version is with subs, and much better in my opinion. they change the music for the english version, and the dialogue makes americans look like ghetto surfers, best description i can give.

Thats awsome, ive always wanted to watch Initial D but i have never seen the movies anywhere. That would be sweet if you could put em up on your site. I mostly want to see the first one. But the corolla is in all of them isnt it?

Yeah! I have all four dvds right now. Yeah corolla is in all of them in the first one he races an rx7 then he races a Skyline and then Civc.

LOL you know what will be KRAZY??
If the next season you see a souped up 2003/2004 corolla in it, and it beats all of them!!

No man u cant drift a 2003 corolla lol. They were made awhile ago in Japan, before the 2003 corolla came out. I dont believe they are making anymore in Japan, but there are alot of episodes to be ported over.
