    gm actually spun of delphi a few years back. but they still own a bunch of their stock and pour billions into the company to keep it afloat.

    as far as i know, delphi is owned by GM and the company makes car parts. most of the GM parts would say delphi on them. a lot of late model toyota's also have delphi batteries
