    Carbon fiber

Is there a carbon fiber expert out there? If there is what is the best think to use to polish carbon fiber? I ve noticed a couple of dull spots on my carbon fiber hood. Its still shiny but if you look at an angle you can see the spots. I use Meguiars quick detailer spray. I got my hood in December. Any suggestions
    thanks.

Use the 3 step meguiars and you should be good.

i heared that regular wax will not work well with carbon fiber. My friend told me to use a fiberglass wax instead.

when you buy a carbon fiber hood would it be a good idea to have it professionally clear coated?

VIS dont do a really good job of clearcoating their hoods, although they do lay the cf very well. I've heard of people getting the factory coat sanded down and having 3 new coats sprayed on top of it.

Although a better alternative might be getting the hood from a higher quality company like seibon.
