No, it's perfectly fine. I've removed it several dozen times though. hehe

ouch.....glare....I replaced my old oem with brand new oem headlights cuz my old ones were in pretty bad shape and these new ones have glare too

The glare isn't as bad as it looks. It does have cutoff shields so the glare is minimized. There is still some but it's so much better now. You can still look head on without being blinded.

Coming out nice..hey I notice that you red out you inner tail too. Did you red them out the same way you red out your outers?

Yeah, I used red vinyl tint.
