Hey I just bought halo projector headlights from Ebay and the guy sent me the wrong ones. He is really being a jerk about it and he wants me to lie to ups so that he doesn't have to pay shipping charges. What can i do? I have e-mailed him and he states his return policy which is vague and nobody even reads them before anyway.

whats his return policy? is it on the item description?

Wait, what does he want you to say to UPS so they give it free shipping?

He wants me to tell them I am not the receiver and to send it back to him.

Have you complained to ebay about it? They may put some pressure on.

I haven't contacted Ebay yet, but I did forward the email he sent me to UPS about telling me to lie to them. I got his number from Ebay, but I want to e-mail him again before I do; even though I think his mailbox is still full.

Never lie to any shipping company... It's considered mail fraud which is a pretty big no-no anywhere.
