    9006 to 9005

    will 9006 bulbs fit 9005 housing??

    the reason i ask is i used to have Silverstar Low beams befor i got HID's and was wondering if i can transfer my Silverstars to my High beams. as most of you know our Lows are 9006 and high's are 9005. i'm too lazy to try it out cuz i'm really pressed on time due to school and work and other activities. i would appreciate the help from you lighting experts

    Sure. But why would you want to do that? Lowbeam (9006) bulbs have lower output than highbeam (9005) bulbs.
