    TV Tuner Cards

I recently purchased a ATI AIW 9200 Tuner Card....

I had a question about the wear and tear on the card. I know theres no moving parts but i was wondering if i am hurting the computer/processor/tuner card by using it for long periods of time.? I have been watching all my TV and playing gamecube and doing everything through my computer and so the tunercard is deffinatly getting used. Do i need to worry about it breaking down sooner than expected.? I believe theres a 3 year warranty. Any experience or knowledge.?

As long as your computer is properly cooled than leaving it on for long periods is fine. The components are actually designed for it and its better than constantly turning the computer on and off, which can put stress on the parts with all the thermal expansion and contraction.
