cargo net

    cargo net

    i just bought the cargo net for my LE but i dont know where to put the hooks
    can anyone that has the cargo net post up some pics of their trunk where the cargo net gets hoooked on so i can put mine on?

    Open the trunk and on either side, you'll see small black, plastic nub-like "hooks". That's where the one end of the stretchy bungee-cord material goes.

    Actually no. If your vehicle did not come with the cargo net, you'll have to install the hooks yourself. They should have come in your cargo net kit with instructions. Basically what you'll have to do is pry off one flat black circular piece from each side. Behind those flat cover pieces is a "socket" that you can actually screw the hooks onto. My trunk is a total mess and I can't take pictures of anything back there. But let me look around and see if I can find the instructions paper though.

    thanx alot it was really simple to install once i really looked at it

    all i had to do was pull out the black tac that held the capet down on both sides and lift the carpet out of the groove. Then i just sliped the bolt clip on the metal piece and put back the carpet. then i just screwed the hooks on it.
