News Freaking lame

Freaking lame

So I'm at my apartment right now putting the finishing touches on two papers that I have to turn in at 2 today when I go to class. I just go and check my email to find an email from my professor saying "I don't feel well so we wont' be having class today"....SWEET! no class...so I continue reading..."you still have to turn your papers in at 2 to my secretary"....No longer freaking sweet. I don't live on campus...I dont' really live close to campus...so now I have to take a 25 minute drive over there, circle the the lot for 30 minutes to find parking, walk 15 minutes to my class to drop the paper off and then leave. I know I would have had to do it anyways, but at least there would have been a point to it being that I still would have had class...now it is just a waste of almost two hours of my life making this round trip.

My roommate has class at 2 also...he's the only one that would do it but his class is at the opposite side of campus so he wont do it....lame.

E-mail them to the secretary with a time-stamp.

Unfortunately not an option, for w/e reason the professor won't take emailed papers. I've had him in the past and he had the same policy. I guess he just likes having the hard copy.

Ha yeah we have a few good looking women. After all it is South West Florida...I think hot girls were invented here. I mean dude, check out our dorms...they are sitting on a beach...this is more of a vacation with classes than anything.

I think 7000 is a little low. Student government told me last year it was about 6500 students and the freshman population doubled this year. I think the actual number is up around 9-10,000...but I could be wrong.

Either way, further lameness to the story. I get to campus and go to drop off the paper and the room he told us to drop it off in doesn't freaking exist. Me and a kid in my class ended up walking around the building for a while. We foudn some administrator and was like where the hell is this room so she pulls out a map and its on the map...but not actually in the building...lol...we ended up leaving our papers with a kid that actually felt like waiting in our normal class room until someone showed up...

Same thing happened to me with an English room. It was on the campus map, but didn't actually exist in the ENG building.

Outside of the girls and the dorms this school is retarded, they don't know their *sses from their elbows.

or like in the plaza building at metro... has a half floor so your room would be lik pl213.5 and on the schedule it only printed out the pl213.... WTF is up with that... I had many a calss in a half room...
