We'll I ripped everything apart and pulled a mile of old cable out and removed the emanage, amps, etc so I could start a new. The problem is I cannot make heads or tails over the emanage wireing, it doesn't look like my harness in my 2001 Toyota Corolla S matches Travis's instructions. There are subtile differences that kind of throw me off. Also I'm confused how the wire pin numbers don't align with the colors on my harness etc. It would be fantastic if someone (vamp :)) would take a picture of there wiring harness so that I could clearly see how to wire my setup right.

    Thanks,
    Jerry

i dont know if this would be a problem for you, when when i installed my emanage, 2 of the wires on the emanage harness were swapped around. (ex. pin 12 and 13 on harness a were swapped).

Do you need a picture of the emanage harness? Ive got mine pulled out I can snap a picture or 2 of. If youre looking for pix of it hooked up to the ECU, I cant help ya there.

Hey guys, anyone know which wire is for the vvti signal (G2) on 01?
    Is it E8 pin 15?
Hey Vamp, I think you were looking for the pinout of 01 3AT or something like that before. Did you find it?

That would be awesome, Thanks man. It would help me out a lot. My car is empty right now and I have easy access to wires, now I just need some kind of solid reference based on pin numbers and not colors :) All the documents and pictures I find around the web all have different pin number layouts or don't list all 4 coil wires, etc. It's very confusing :)

Dude, anything would be helpful at this point, atleast with pictures of your setup I could make sure mine matched before I tackle the ECU side of it.

    Thanks!

here is all the documents i used to install my emangage ultimate into my 98 corolla. the blue box and ultimate box are the same wire harness except for 1 plug that the blue box doesnt have. instead of taking pix of the emanage install book, i just downloaded the PDF files and put everything into a zip. I cant take current pix of my setup because my car is no more.

    but here is the link:

Thanks man! I'm going to print this out and look it over tonight.

This looks like some great info, what are all the circuit images? Also on the first page of the ECU pinout is #10, #20, #30, #40 the ignition pulses?
