LOL yes I'm turbo'd but with a new car lol. Its a 1996 GC8 WRX J-scpec. Its got HKS short ram, filter, and BOV. Full Tanabe exhaust and a chipped ecu. All I'm needing for the engine is to convert it to FMIC. I will post more pics in a few weeks after I finances taken cared of from the United States to the Philippines. I test drove and evo7 stock, r32GTR, and an Rx7. The subaru had the best handling after the rx7 which was highly modded and like one of the quickest from the group. I picked it cause it could easily seat 5 people and in the Philippines its good. I love the loud Pssshhhht sound from the BOV. I can't wait to take this out for mountain runs and drifting. Turbo AWD rocks!

oh I still got the rolla, its just not in that great running condition and I'm halfway around the world from it. lol Ya its going to be running again, but its for sale and I'm moving on from my corolla. Its time I move on in life and this Impreza is a big step up. You can tell it is straight from Japan cause it was converted to left hand drive, but the turnsignal is on the right side. Ya interesting huh, but I get used to it and its 3 times as fast and 3 times as fun as the rolla.

I'm finishing medical school in the philippines. Plus over here its a blast cause alot of things to do. Sadly too much corollas. Corolla taxis even have the tom's full kit on. My car is one out of 4 in cebu for its design. There are the newer ones too also, but this one I fell in love with.

Are you planning to practice in the US? I know the equivalent of a JD granted in a foreign country isn't recognized in the US, but are MDs different?

nah they are alright cause in cebu all the roads are pretty good. They are making all the main road into asphalt cause of the Asian Summit meeting here in December. The rims are 17" and its no problem cause I have mad hook ups here also. lol. My cousin is friends with alot of shops here.

stock was at 260 hp, with the mods pretty close to 300 hp if not there. My plan is to find a shop that can get me parts here in Cebu cause subarus is not that abundant at all. Cause one of my early plans for it is to convert to FMIC. Ya I will drag it also I guess cause every month here there is a big drag race even held by the city where they shut off a portion of a road. Ya Philippines is so much better then Oklahoma. I don't think I want to go back hehe. I already broke it off with my girl back home cause it kinda sad when I see alot of hot girls here talking to me and I just look not touch hehe.

Definately chip it. Much better gains than a FMIC.

I have an EIP Tuning FMIC setup sitting in my garage.....will probably end up selling it, since the gains arent all that great unless ya upgrade turbo.

the car is still on stock turbo and the tranny is pretty strong so far. The car only has 69kilometers on the odometer so you math wizzes can convert that to miles. Only thing on the car to keep it from breaking the tranny is I have to be careful on launches and take it easy going on first and then start hammering it.
