    Goodbye

2005 Scion tC. Hello 2007 Toyota Camry. I got bored of the tC. I had it for 2 years and only 10,500 miles on it. I took a small hit on the tC but what can I do. Besides I've been having back issues and I needed something with a bit more back support in the seats. I guess I'm going to have to suffer a bit until my wife gets back on her feet.

One dealership I went to seemed too shady. And the manager said that he guarenteed me a certain monthly price. I only had to go to the other dealership and cancel my extended warrenty, prepaid maintenace and gap insurance in order to lower my payoff. When I asked for the guarentee in in writing the manager got offended and said that we should be able to take his word and that he was not going to write anything on paper and if we wanted we can do whatever we want with our money.

With that said, we made a phone call and went to another dealership where EVERYONE was extremely nice and everyone worked with me on a price (altho it took two days to get what i wanted). They were trying to sell me a used 2006 Camry with 17k miles for 400.00 a month. But I was able to get them down to the same for a new one instead. I took the last one that was supposed to be delievered and it'll be in gold. the gold and silver ones looked nice and I wasn't picky...I just didn't want black, white or red.

So once i pick up the camry this week, I'll post up some pics. All I'll be doing to it is putting my bazooka tube in that car since I have it laying around now.

nah..I just needed a commuter car so I got the LE. The SE had things I really didn't need. and its not a V6. That just added more to the cost of the car and I really don't need all that power. I wish I could have gotten the XLE..that car was NICE! Actually the Avalon was nicer but way out of my budget.

The new Camrys look just like the IS250-IS350's. They are kinda hot.

I like the new SE. The lip kit that comes with it is just damn hot. I think the SE looks best in the red but there are other colors that make it look really nice. Hell Ive liked every camry cept the Gen 4.0 camry which was pretty "boxy" for me but non the less a very reliable car.

It hasn't been delivered yet. The truck comes in with the cars this week. They only had 4 camrys on the truck and I took the last one.

Congrats!! The new Camrys are very sharp cars. If they had those body styles and interior layout when I bought my car - I would have gotten the Camry over the Corolla. Plus, can't beat the flexibility of 4-doors vs 2-doors on the tC (at the very least, the insurance break in most cases).

yeah, they really cleaned up their act on the latest camry. its seriously a nice car and congratulations!!!!

the previous, xx-06 was seriously shitty. i mean, hands down it is the worst car that toyota has ever produced in terms of quality/handling stock.

I already have my 3 cars :D I don't want anymore. Before I get another one I will have to sacrifice one to the autotrader gods.

    2001 Toyota Corolla
    2002 Lexus RX 300
    2003 Toyota Tacoma 4x2 SR5

Atleast my years are in a row :D
