My Customers = Morons

Last week, we told our customers (who are ALSO closed down for the holiday) that we would be closed and not doing any shipping and receiving.

What in the shit makes them think they can send a load out here and expect it to get unload? It's getting unloaded anyways, because I AM here. But what causes customer's or companies to get ultra-stupid around holidays? They actually called and asked us to send a flatbed out on Tuesday. This is also the same company that loads a flatbed up. Tells the driver to bring it to us...then bitches and moans when it gets here because it was supposed to go somewhere else.
If it was supposed to go somewhere else, why in the bloody hell did you tell him to come here and then throw a fit when we unloaded it?

...good thing there's beer tonight.

Heh, where do you work man? Our customers don't deal with us, they deal with the people in our New York location, thank god! All I have to deal with is 2 bosses, and they're both pretty laid back

But yah, customer's are pretty stupid, but alot of times, they just try to push to get favorable treatment... heh...

hehehe.. that sounds familier... and not only is there beer... but LOTS OF BEER!!!!

I'm a floor supervisor in a warehouse...we do a little bit of everything here...aluminum coils, motorcycles, roofing fiberboard, giant rolls of paper, pallets, hardwood flooring underlayment, model home furniture, machinery.
