    I think it's because he tries to lay as much weight as possible on the front (leaning forward). It might help if the surface is slippery. I'm gonna go try it in my garage when I get a chance:)

    I really want to do it on my scooter but I'd need to find replacement tires first (they're discontinued)

    I think he means that he was just able to make the wheel spin without moving. I know this because everytime I go to my baby cousins house, I grab his big wheel, manage to squeeze my long twig like body onto it, and just spin the pedals really fast on laminate floor. lol It is soo much fun.
