Anyone heard the new Red Hot Chili Peppers Album...

Stadium Arcadium?

The singles they've played on the radio sound really good. I would have had it a long time ago, but the RIAA recently threatened to sue my gf over songs she downloaded, so on account of that, I've stopped downloading songs (for a while).

Anyway, anyone heard it?

Yeah, I download songs too, not so much as I used to. There's nothing quite like buying a CD, cuz you get the real stuff, its guaranteed quality and everything. Warm fuzzy feeling inside. Anyway, I bought Stadium Arcadium just a few hours ago, I'm listening to it now and it's not that bad. It definately has more funk style (not necessarily a bad thing), for example more songs like Give It Away. I've only ever listened to the Greatest Hits from my friend and got hooked. They're one of my favorite bands, I'm seeing them in Philly and/or Cleveland in October.

I really like the funk style they have. Songs like Love Rollercoaster, Give it away, Fortune Faded, and I think it's called Can't Stop are all my favorites by them. Rage Against the Machine is also one of my favorite bands, so that's prolly why I like that sound more.

I've heard a few of the songs on the new album. I like it.

Can't Stop is one of my favorites, I really like the music video for that. Rage is also one of my favorite bands. Are you an Audioslave fan by any chance? I bought their newer cd Out of Exile yesterday as well. Same guys as Rage, minus the lead singer and plus the former lead singer of Soundgarden.

Yeah Zack de la Roca really made the band for me. I don't like Audioslave's sound quite as much.

Yeah Stadium Arcadium is a great dual disc album. I have to admit I'm not a big Peppers fan but this album rawks!!!:ban-cha: :ban-split
