Tell me if I'm wrong here. My roomie who is also my best friend's g/f , asked me to clean up the living room for HER guests which are coming this weekend. A month ago she asks if she can put a couch in the living room b/c she doesn't like the one I have (it's like antique wicker couch which me and my roommie (one of my best friend's friends) had and she knew that i was gonna bring it. So i say sure I don't care and I'll see if anyone wants the couch. My sister doesn't want it cause she has no room for it. So right now it's sitting in the living room, out of the way just against the wall, with some of my stuff on it. Now she's being all bitchy about the couch still being there because people are coming over and the couch isn't moved. Last time i remember it is my apartment as well. She has like all the cabinets in the kitchen filled with her kitchen crap and I have one cabinet over and under HER microwave. She also put up pictures and stuff all around the apt with flowers and shit without asking me, but if i want to do soething i have to ask her. Would be wrong of me just to leave my couch there with her company over and just "tidy" up my couch by taking some of the stuff off of it or should I just clean it up and move it all to my room and dump the couch somewhere??? I'm going with leave the couch there and just pick up my crap from the couch.

I would move out but u have to pay the balance of the martket price of the rent for as many months u lived there, so it's basically equal to a years rent. She was supposed to go to Atlanta Art University and now she works at Enterprise rental cars or something of that sort. I think she's gonna move to Cleveland with my boy when he goes there for Grad Schoool.

she doesn't really have any friends that have come over to the apartment. just her b/f. IF anyone does come over it's her parents or his parents stopping by to see her/me. I've known his parents since middle school. It's mostly her family members and some of his that are coming over for his graduation.

she's also been rude to my friends, my friends got to my apartment before I did and they were standing on the porch when she was leaving, she just locks them out and doesn't let them in or asks if they want to step inside during a rainy day.

What exactly are you getting out of this living situation? You should tell her to move in with your best friend since they're dating. It's kinda weird for you and her to be living together.
