Gas is between $2.85 and $2.99 a gallon for regular near my apt. (East Side Atlanta). By my school (Just south of Downtown Atlanta), it's above $3.00 a gallon for regular.

Something has to stop gas prices from going higher, because it's really rediculous at this point. US demand may be increasing, but if these price increases continue at their current pace, people will simply stop using gasoline as much...

Ethanol powered Toyotas hit the market in 2008. If gas prices continue to be high by then, I'll be first in line to buy one.

I dont even pay attention to the price of gas anymore. I need it, theres no getting around it, so if it were 6 bucks a gallon, I would still have to pay it.

A 5 cent difference isn't going to make me drive across town to fill up. When you put things in perspective, gas prices have increased around 200% over the last five years... THAT makes me want to buy an ethanol or CNG powered car and save my Corolla to drive on special occasions.

$1.168 per L for regular here in Vancouver BC. So it's about US$3.91 per gallon.

2.89-2.99 for regular and 3.00+ for mid-grade and premium here is Delaware.

But certain gas stations are running out of fuel here because they are swapping over to the ethonal addtive shit.

It's not inflation...I oughtta smack whoever came up with that.

...it's not just gas either thats suffering from these price hikes...I remember even back when I was a freshman in highschool, (8 years ago) Milk was $1.59 gallon.

It's ridiculous...cost of living increase is one thing, but to keep up with cost of living, I need about another $6.00 an hour.

well if you look at the cost of groceries, they do go up a little over time due to inflation. but what is the biggest cost factor when increases get put on them? yep you guessed it, its due to fucking fuel going up in cost. one of the biggest factors on a lot of things going up in this nation is the cost of fuel. It affects the cost of groceries, airline tickets, your commute, your heating, your power - you name it, it goes up.

yea, cuz its more profitable to slaughter a cow than it is to use it for its milk...thats what our Borden Diary Products and Tyson Meats reps for our store say...
