Are they ALL 4X114? I thought 1 or 2 were 4X100. Basically, the rims are useless as a set.

no none of the rims fit at all, i'm gonna try all the rims on his accord just to make sure.....

edit: yes 2 of them do say 4x100 but they aren't, they are 4x114.3 according to the measurements

Not only Honda Accords - but also Honda Preludes, Acura Legends, and 1st gen Nissan 240sx (offsets should be real close). Hope something works out and you can get what you need man.

OK, FOR THE RECORD. the Ghoztrider did a BAD job of explaining the ACTUAL lug patterns of the wheels. now that I understand that they are ALL 4x114.3, I don't really think he did anything THAT bad. you SURELY can sell them all if they are ALL 4x114.3. But, he should give you your money back and sell them under the name '4x114.3' rather than 4x100, and tell everyone to ignore the numbers on the wheels. If, in fact, they Are all 4x114.3

^^^ if i bought some wheels that were claimed to fit my car, and none of them did.... i wouldn't care if they were matching or mismatching lug patterns or not.... THEY DON'T FIT.. which defeats the entire purpose of buying rims for your car....

No offense, but why do you keep trying to defend him man? He sold him rims that didnt fit, end of story. There is no upside to it.

i didn't know i confused people, all the rims are 4x114.3 according to the measurements, but the numbers on the rims dont match.....

the fact is they all don't fit my car and i'm gonna sell them exactly how prodigy said, they are 4x114.3 and ignore the numbers on the rims

i still haven't tried them on the accord just to verify for sure they are 4x114.3 before i sell them, as soon as i verify it for sure they are goin up for sale unless phoz decides to step up and give me my freakin money back

haha eandree....is that you u do with ur life? just sit at home and check when i go online. hahaha talk about not having a social life...

anyways a refund is due to him however i spent $35 on gas and $27 in tolls to HAND DELIVER them from NY to Fort Washington, PA. hence if he wants a refund he will need to bring them to NY or at least find a way to get them here.

also whether or not you guys believe me, i havent tried those rims on at all so i wouldnt of known if they fit or not....i paid over $250 for em and dont you think it would be idiotic to go out and buy tires for them if i knew they didnt fit??? i have already set up a dispute on paypal with discounttiredirect and once i get the rims back i am sending them back for a refund + reimbursement on shipping

Yeah, Im a loser cuz Ive been on disability, stuck at home, and yeah, its takes 25 minutes to click your name and see when you last logged on. :(

That, man, is the stupidest thing Ive ever heard. You ARE a deadbeat......

Either way, that doesnt matter! You sold something that wasnt what you were saying they were.

Either way, youre shady. Only a shady person would create a new screen name to sell stuff, and then take that money and run......well, at least TRY to run, until youre caught.

Just admit that you didnt check the rims before you sold em, and be a man and do what you have to do to make your buyer happy.

Kick him in the ass when ya get there too:D

I've been watching this thread since it started...

The only thing that bothers me...is that why would you buy two sets of rims in order to decide which one you liked better...only to turn around and sell the pair you didn't like. Pictures didn't do justice? That right there was the first mistake. I have a piss-poor imagination, but I can still envision what my truck would look like with particular rims.

And then...even if you did buy two sets...why didn't you at least try putting them on? With the rim sitting on the ground...you still have to imagine what they would look like on there...the smart thing to do, would have been to just make an attempt to mount it on there...even on a jack.

Lo-and-behold...THEY DON'T FIT! Time to take a look at the other ones.

    Just my $.02 on this...

I cant remember what it was. Ive tried running a search, but I think that stuff was deleted. I dont see the name on the banned user list.....too bad I didnt keep the PMs.

And why buy two brand new sets of tires, and not try mounting them on your car?

...About 99% of the time...as soon as you buy something...it immediately loses some of it's value. So it seems like he just burned his money in the first place. O_O

...I haven't bought car tires in a while...but when I buy rims for the Tundra...you better believe the tires and wheels are going to fit...

I'm not about to drop $190 a rim...and then $249 a tire...just to look at them...then try to sell them. :superconf :superconf

that's interesting. So that means someone has been driving around with those rims. hmmm.

BTW Ghost, you NEED to do a better job of giving us details. I mean damn first you said those rims all had 5 lugs, then you said 1 had 4 x 100 and 3 had 5 lugs or wouldn't fit or something, then you said 2 were 4x100, and 2 were 4x 113, then you said they were all are 4x113. Now you are saying the tires are not new. Thanks for confusing the hell out of us. Get the details straight!!!

But I feel bad for your situation though.

i never changed any information, i was probably too pissed off and miss typed everything, but i don't think it matters nemore

wat i said before that the rims themselves say 5x100 on 2 of them and 2 of them say 4x100, but all of them ARE 4x114.3 according to measurements

all 4 tires are used have 60% tread on them and all come with tuner lug nuts for a corolla 12x1.5mm i believe the sze is... any confusion now?
