    Exactly!

In this case, phozenstone should could the seller and eBay and see what recourse he has for those rims...

lol I did read the thread. I guess what I am trying to say is.

we all know that it doesnt fit. but the question is what will Phoz do to fix the problem.

so its not a question of the rims fitting or not.

Well.....Phoz needs to step up and say something else....hes been visiting the boards every day, yet hes still not replying. It doesnt matter if Phoz checked the rims or not...hes responsible for what hes selling. I still find it very hard to believe that he didnt try putting them on his car.

    BAN :)

/\/\/\ my point exactly....if you got ripped off by ebay, why would you do the same to a forum member or anybody else for that matter....just not right..

This isn't our problem. For all we know, Phoz could be communicating to him via email or PM or IM or telephone, who knows. This thread has turned into a soap opera.

This is exactly what should have been done. Phoz's reputation is scarred here for anyone that didn't buy from him yet (although this is one of a few).

if you read the beginning of the thread you would have noticed that Phoz isnt responding to any phone calls or emials.....thats why the thread was created.

And if you read further you'd see that Phoz responded anyway in #20, 22, 27. Give the guy a break. Ghoztrider got the rims Saturday, Phoz responded to this thread on Tuesday. You don't know for a fact what he was doing that he couldn't respond, how do you know he wasn't busy? The point is this is none of your business, why didn't a moderator close this thread? It's not for the peanut gallery to judge.

Yes, it is our problem, especially with his tarnished past transactions. (and Id rather not get into the situation that I know about) He has chimed in on this thread, and ghotzrider continues to post up saying that he hasnt emailed him back, called him back, etc. Bad business ethics.

And its not for YOU to make a decision. If you did a little research, you would know that Phoz has visited this site today.....no excuse.

No, it is not your problem, you were not involved at all in the transaction. It becomes a public issue when Phoz's story is confirmed. But CB and Vortex already said that. Give him a week, then pin him up on the wall of shame.

And what decision would that be? I didn't make any judgement, I simply gave Phoz the benefit of the doubt, something none of you were doing. I'm not siding with him, at the moment it looks pretty bad on his part, but as it was stated earlier, give him a week.

And how do you know that Phoz didn't come on this site to send a PM?

How is your bickering on this thread going to solve Ghozt's problem? If he wanted us to confirm that his rims were odd sizes, he should have asked that.

How is you standing on your soapbox going to solve any problems?

Its been over 48 hours since Ghotzrider posted up this thread......so obviously it has been even longer than that that he wasnt getting any replies from Phoz, since he had to start this thread to get a response from him.

Yeah, he couldve PMed him today, sometime within the last 6 hours since Ghotzrider last posted......but in that 6 hours, there werent that many posts bashing him....until you posted. Take a step down from your soapbox......if you came upon a thread from a buyer of something you sold, wouldnt you take care of it as soon as possible? I think giving him the cold shoulder is unethical business practice.....which Phoz has a habit of doing.......

Bashing? Are you even reading the posts? Who did I bash?

"Phoz giving the cold shoulder" is still in limbo, it's too early to start passing judgement. How do you know what he's thinking or what he really did? You don't, you're basing it on the shreds of info that lie in this thread.

Everything has to turn into a personal attack with you. Get off my soap box? Talk about the pot calling the kettle black.

I wasnt saying that YOU were bashing him.....and if Phoz not replying to the seller with any positive information in over 72 hours isnt giving the cold shoulder, I dont know what is. Yeah...he posted up three times in this thread...lets revisit something he said "all the rims say 4x100 on the back and they are in fact 4 lugs"...and "no they all say 4x100 man, im sure of that too but i cant take pics of them now cuz obviously i dun have them anymore."..so........weird, guess ghotzrider is photoshopping his pics.

Having a bad transaction once.....or twice.....not a big deal......but how many bad transactions do ya have to have until it starts to be a problem? Im my opinion, two......three strikes your out

Im done lending you my soap box then.....:D I own the vvt-i.net soapbox :):):D You may think you have one as well, but its a fake....along with all the other fake stuff popping up nowadays.

This has been going on long enough. We'll let ghoztrider and Phozenstone resolve this matter privately. When the matter is resolved, please let a mod know of the outcome. Thank you.

    Ghotzrider/Phozenstone Transaction:

So, was this transaction resolved??? Im wondering, cuz I just bought a new car, and when I got home I noticed that two of the lugs were 4X100, and the other two lugs were 4X114, and I just so happen know someone that has a set of rims to fit!!! :D So Im wondering who has those rims, and whether or not Phozenstone is gonna work something out with Ghotzrider, or if hes gonna leave him out to dry.

e andree brought up a good idea lol if only i can cheaply convert my 4 lug into 4x114.3 then it would work out, but it won't, i found adapters actually to convert 4x100 into 4x114.3 but they are 1 inch thick and would make my wheels go out too much....
as for the whole situation most likely it wont work out with phoz so i have to get rid of these so i can just buy some tires to put on my steelies so i stop destroying my blizzaks in this heat

    threads like this are important.....

it is the business of the board to let it be on here. If a buyer has any problems with an item bought from another member where the item description does not match what the seller claims, then the buyer has EVERY RIGHT to tell others about it.

It's the exact same as if you were to walk into a retail outlet, not get good service, and tell your friends.... or even the BBB....

Then since Phozenstone isnt doing anything to remedy the mistake that he made, I think he shouldnt be allowed to sell on these boards anymore. Hes a shady seller that has many questionable transactions to his name....the incident last year, this incident: http://vvti.net/forums/showthread.php?t=11281&highlight=phozenstone, ghotzriders incident, plus bent rims.....

And hes intentionally avoiding this forum, becuase he logged onto the other vvti last night.

Today i'm gonna mount the rims on a 94 accord and see if they fit, since my friends accord is 4x114.3 it shoudl fit, if it does, i'm putting them up for sale and pray, hope, and w/e kind of other hoping there is i will do that these will sell

On another note, if anyone knows anyone with this lug pattern ask them if they want 5zgen RX-6 rims with tires and lugs
