Paolino, ever since you came back from your AutoX experience, you're all the sudden talking about all these mods. Did you suddenly inherit a sizeable sum of money?

Do they make smaller pulleys for it? If so, go ahead and buy one, b/c you know the stock boost will only be satisfying for so long.

"lies" lol kiss ass. I'll post pics when I get it. The guy messaged me online last night and told me hs shipped it ground... :eek I was so upset. Now I feel like the kid who got the awesome remote control robot, and no friggin batteries to make it go. (well not really a good analogy, but you get the idea) So no install this weekend. :( I may have to take a day of leave next week to get it installed in time for the April 9th AutoX. :meh: We'll see...

    Shifty,
Yeah thanks for the input. :) We don;t always like to hear the truth if its not what we are expecting to hear, but it is maybe what we need to hear. lol

    Wide Slip,
Well I've been wanting to mod the car anyway. (The rims and tires were ordered before I went AutoXing, they just ahdn't arrive yet. I did something pretty stupid to get the money actually. lol I took a loan out against my Thrift Savings Plan (Military IRA) to have the money to play with. Oh well, payin it back not but its pread over 5 years so actually pretty cool. I took a loan from myself and am paying myself back with interest.

Doc got it right, sorry but I have the bug. I hven't talked about any mod I haven't installed or ordered yet with the exception of the engine swap project, which I am not at that level yet.

Here the mod list: (This is all as of mid-Feb by the way. :)
I have a few pics up at http://www.myspace.com/scoobygroupie
    Exterior:
    Chrome Lexus GS430 Style Grille
    Headlights Cleared Out
    Debadged Trunk
    Silver Turn Signals

    Interior:
    TWM Short Shifter
    TWM Classic Satin Shift Knob
Aluminum Door Sill Enhancements; front and back

    Suspension:
    17x7.5 Motegi MR7, Silver
    Toyo Proxes FZ4 215/24

    Engine:
    TRD Front Strut Bar
TRD S/C with ECU (Purchased and shipping)
    Denso Iridium IK20 Spark Plugs

Oh yeah man, I saw the urdusa.com has some. :) this is a whole new world to me. I've been reading and trying to learn all I can about turbos, and I go and buy a dang s/c. lol

    nonono,
if I had the tC, I would TURBO that thing man. For the price, I would think it would be no question. :D Search the forums, if not I have two dyno vids of a stage I with 292whp and 331tq and a stage III kit with 426whp and 338tq. :)

    Nasty, just nasty. :)

I know it'd void the warranty, but hell if you get the s/c I would think that sooner or later, you're going to want an intake, or a pulley or something. Bam, there goes your warranty anyway. :)

and the tC looks like it would be much easier to turbo - its got lots of room under that hood for pretty much anything you'd want to build so it might actually end up costing you less.

I would consider turboing the car but once again pa state emmisions laws wont allow me to do it plus the price to turbo is way more expensive. the trd charger will only bring the tc up to about 200hp for the price its not worth it

paolino - good move. you'll have less worries with the blower than you would with a turbo. :)

they test imissions on cars older then 1996,and thats sometimes, if they see no smoke coming out when the gas is pushed they don't test, hell technically i shoyuld have failed my emissions cause of no sticker on my intake and the exhaust, plus i'm blowing out smoke during certain times, so i'm not even sure wat is wrong wit the car, but idk, my friend has a fart can straight through muffler on his 94 accord, and a ebay intake and that thing passes no problem
