    Promotion!!!

    So, Ive been out of work since January 1st (on disability though)due to my stupidity and breaking my ankle....I get a call from my direct boss informing me that two managers of other departments resigned today (one of the head guys quit our network and jumped over to the Washington Bureau of Al Jazeera, which just opened up, and he enticed them to jump ship and he hired them), and that leaves some positions open, which are available to me if I want them. Of course I jumped all over that....so I get to go back to work in April in a cushiony new manager position, with an awesome pay raise....couldnt have come at a better time either!!!

    Yeah, definately for the new addition....annd my wife doesnt tend to eat a whole lot more when shes pregnant, luckily.

    With our son, she put on 25 pounds.....starting off at 125, it put her at 150. Not bad at all....and shes super sexy pregnant :):):)

    I dont have any time frame obligations to fulfill. Having that stipulation in this industry is actually very very rare. Youve got to always keep your options open...good thing about this industry is I have made so many contacts around the area and the country (and internationally) that I could find a job somewhere else pretty easily.
    If I were still single, I would be working in London right now.
