No "lame" Posts!!

Ok that's it. I'm going to start deleting the posts in this section that are negative regarding the jokes.

We had a pretty good thing going here for a while. However, there are two members that are boosting their post count with a simple "lame" or "sucks" post. No one needs to know that you don't like the joke. Its not posted for your critique. Its posted to make you laugh. If you don't like it, then don't say anything.

This forum is not like the others. The jokes posted here are mearly meant to entertain, and help us all pass the time. If you like them, feel free to say so. If not, then DON'T FUCKING POST AT ALL. No one needs to hear that shit ESPECIALLY if your lazy ass isn't contributing anything.

It comes off as a shitty attitude, and makes you look like a damned asshole.

wow, so i guess my opinion is garbage huh.
first off i dont see why people would want to boost post count, its not like we get benifits for it or anything. And i dont see why we cant post opinions on the boards, its not like its hurting anyone.

And maybe your upset because some people dont find the jokes funny but hey i enjoyed some and others suck, but you know, if this isnt a site to share our knowledge, opinions, and stories then i think im in the wrong place. Its not like anyone was flaming you because of the posts or making cracks about yourself or things you hold dear, its was just a liked it or didnt like it. Because you know if i wanted to be an ass about it i could just say that if i wanted to read jokes i'd go to funnyjokes.com or some crap. Actually i guess i did say it,


But again this is just my opinion, one word or not.

saying some joke is lame, is quite lame

you guys are arguing of this? I can honestly say that altho it was commented that one or two of my jokes were lame, it didn't offend me or hurt me. it was just a joke. It wasn't my joke, so what would I care. I know that others may take it to the heart but if they didn't make the joke up then why give two sh*ts?! but thats just my .02.

I think the message he was trying to get across (my opinion keep in mind) was that posting a one word reply is rather pointless.

In the interest of communication...at least say, "Well I didn't think it was that good because of ________________."

Answering with things like, "Lame," "Stupid" & "Ha."

Because its rude. That simple. I equate that to you telling someone that what they are wearing sucks to their face. Its not good manners. Just use common courtesy.

You should know that is not why I am upset. I do not care if you think I am funny. Look at any of the posts I've moderated. The majority are for rudeness, whether it is to me or not. If you had posted like that to someone else's joke, I would have still posted this.

If everyone started getting "lame" and "sucks" to every joke that was posted, I'm willing to bet that people would stop posting in here. These jokes are meant to make you laugh. "ha" and "lol" Are the only way for us to convey that we laughed at the joke.

No its not my joke, but I tookthe time to post it as did others. I'm not upset that you do not find the joke funny. Heck not everyone has to laugh. But you do not have to be a jerk and say that either. Would you tell someone's mother that their cookies tasted like crap after she took the time to make them and serve them to you?

I'm not asking you to do anything horribly difficult here, just don't post rudely in this forum, please.
