    I have a job too!

I just got offered a job today also. It's actually in the field that I went to college for (IT/Programming). Full benefits, the pay is a little less than what I'm making now, my official title will be Jr. Email Technician. From the sound of it, its maintaining the scriplets/code that takes care of anything related to email, some server maintenance and alot of troubleshooting... should be fun :) And the most important part... no mor call centers :D :D :D

Well, had my first day today... job doesn't seem like it will be that difficult... walked in the room where i'll be working with 9 other guys, 32" TV in the corner with a DVD/VCR/PS2 along with a fridge full of snacks and stuff and a microwave... it's a pretty laid back environment, everybody seems to do what they do well but they still have alot of fun it seems... I guess every Tuesday is movie day, so there is almost always a movie playing... and randomly they'll put on Family Guy, special events (like the Olympics right now), etc... lunch is a 1 hour long paid break... I think i'm going to love this :D

Many of them are on local news affiliates from all over the country.....other portion of them are on international news agencies, like the BBC, LBC, Al Araqiyah, Al Jazeera.....other portion is on random satellite frequencies, like NASA TV, Speedvision, all the ESPNS, APTN Direct, Reuters Sat, Newspath....

Cool thing is we get to watch all of the car crashes, police chases, etc that occur every day, live as they happen.
