I woke up this morning, and couldn't fall back asleep..

My knee hurt so bad that I could hardly move it..it's getting a bit better now that I'm up, but it still hurts..

Going to have to see the chiropractor/sports-injury guy tomorrow..I have no idea what's wrong with it. This sucks. :(

Any symptoms before you went to sleep? Probably twisted it while sleeping, or just slept on it wrong. Thats happened to me before. Woke up with a joint hurting, and it would last for a few days or so and work itself out.

It's been sore on and off lately, but never this bad. It's getting better now that I've been up for a while - but definitely not normal yet. Hopefully I can get it fixed tomorrow..I'm kinda curious as to what's wrong with it.

What kind of pain is it, if it just extrucating pain to the point where you cannt walk or bend the knee, if so then you might have a weak muscle that holds the knee cap in place, same prob that I have.

I can walk, but it was severe soreness inside. Maybe it's the same problem you have - sounds like it might be. I couldn't bend it all the way on its own..had to support my leg.

When I get it looked at, I'll hopefully find out what's wrong & fix it. :)

If thats the prob, then it gonna be Physical Therapy to strengthen the muscle and thats it

Do you play sports or work out? Have a history of being a "rough" sleeper? If not, that's pretty strange.

    Sports, no. Work out, yes.

It's just about back to normal now..this is weird. Not that I'm complaining, though.. :p

Probably just a pulled muscle or joint...
