Proper offset for rims on a 00 rolla?

Looking into getting new rims, What should i be looking for in terms of off set on the rims. Is it like 42 or someting?
I'm looking for 16 inch rims wit 205/45/16 tire.
I can't take stupid stock tire size, has no handle no grip

look for something around 38-40, that would be your best bet, I have a 16" TRD Wheels their offset is 40. Anything lower than that and you might have to roll your fenders because there is a good chance it will rub

well since your fenders are shaved, you can go with lower offset. The higher the offset, the more tucked in your wheels are inside the fender. It also has something to do with the position of the wheels on the hub, research it online, you'll learn more there. Just go to google, type in wheel offset and it should give you a bunch of sites where you can learn more about different offsets and what it does.

I have a set of 195/50/15s on Rota Slipstreams..unsure of the offset, but they did rub if I had a load in the back and hit a bump..
