Yeah, I drive an Integra now... and I can't afford a newer car right (not with my insurance rates), but hopefully in about 1.5 years i'll be driving a Corolla again, probably an early 9th gen (like an '03) or a late 8th gen (only an 01 or 02 because I love the front end design on them).

yup, it wasnt my choice to give away my corolla either.....it literally happened like this....the corolla had been sitting in our driveway waiting to be finished (because we had already started work on it)....and I came home from work one day and it was just gone because my dad gave it away to his friend who had the money, patience, and time to deal with it....

...but yea, now i have an 02 4dr Civic LX

Would you recommend this car to someone? High and low points of the car if you could. :)

Yes I would. It is a lot of bang for your money, and it is a very decent car. What can I tell you. You have the same engine block as the STi, smaller turbo, and TMIC, but it can be upgraded to Stage I for around $650 (all software) and Stage II for another ~$500 (downpipe, uppipe) and the result would be very close to 300 AWHP and 320 Lbs Torque.

If you care to read a good review, pick up the March issue of Road & Track, It does a good comparison of a few AWD cars including the new Mazdaspeed 6 which seems to be a dissapointment. Others are the Lexus IS, BMW and Audi. It came out on top. I chose this over the STi since it is a more subtle car, and people will not be wanting to race me at every stop, plus it is sort of a sleeper.

Down side I would say are minor like lack of Navigation system (the new 06 have them but only in the automatic model, and the Special Edition Spec. B which is a 500 unit run) and maybe the suspension needs a little tweaking.

This is what I expect my car too look like at some point in the future:

H-Techs and 18"s Superleggeras. I am still not set in the look, but I am sleeping on it.

The wagons are very nice as well. If you want to see pics, or read more about it from users like us visit www.legacygt.com

Wow, thanks:) How much did you pay out the door, if you dont mind me asking. After seeing how good they can look and the numbers they can pump out, im interested. I dont care for the grill on the new WRXs and I want something more subtle than the WRX.

Why sell the Rolla? It's not like you'll get much cash for it anyway, especially after it's been modded. Whenever I get a new car I'm definitely just going to buy it outright instead of trading or selling the Rolla.

If for nothing else, you'll have a car to drive while you're doing mods to the new car.

I only got 800 for mine, but I didnt feel like paying insurance on another car that doesnt get much driving time, and it had some mechanical problems that I didnt feel like paying. At that point, I was insuring 4 cars.

$26,5K out the door. It is the limited version, The GT regular can be had for around $21K and the biggest things you loosed are the sunroof, leather, power seats, and a few other little things.

And it also depends on what year car ya have. If everyone just kept their cars when they bought a new one, people would have 7, 8, 9 cars.
