These first two get me by the walmart overnight shift.....our Pepsi vendor got me into both of these drinks after tasting the samples...and i discovered starbucks double shot after a road trip...

I think NOS is an acquired taste cuz some people like it and others dont but the ones that dont usually like it after giving it a few more chances....they are better than the Full Throttle energy drink imo....

Old schooler here...as far as I know the only place left to get it is in Lawrence, KS.

    Mega-Jolt Cola.

The original, Jolt Cola had 3x the sugar and caffeine of Mountain Dew. Mega Jolt had 3x the sugar and caffeine of Jolt Cola. It was basically like drinking pudding...but if you needed to stay up for several days straight, the only better was speed.

Are you talking about Jolt Cola???....i dunno if its the same thing as your Mega-Jolt Cola....ive had Jolt Blue but havent had any other....i think if anything that they just taste pretty good but energy wise, dont work....then again, only two a few things work for me cuz i ate energy bars and drank energy drinks like crazy in highschool when i ran crosscountry so im somewhat immune to their energy effects...(probably one reason im always full of energy regardless of whether or not had an energy drink...also probably why ive been a consistant 135 lbs since middle school) but newayz....heres some pics to see if this is what youre talkin about.....if it is, then i kno plenty of gas stations in Tulsa that have them....

These all use to come in a normal sized plastic coke bottle but now they come in a battery shaped container....(there is also a Jolt Red but couldnt find a pic of it)

Well, on the other hand, most of these drinks are good for your too...theres always gonna be two sides to everything...i dont even remember how many times i saw new studies on both chocolate and coffee being good and bad and good and bad and good and bad.....so I just stick with the saying thats most accurate...."Too much of anything is bad for you"...as long as you dont drink energy drinks habitually, then i dont think it would be a threat to anyones health....Here are some of the good sides (or at least their nutrients that are)

They usually contain at least a hundred percent or more of vitamin B12 (decreases depression, OCD, and helps against anemia, numb pins and needles feelings, promotes your muscular stamina, works against memory loss, and irritability to name a few...).

They usually contain alot of vitamin B6 (helps maintain a good blood sugar level, helps RBC production, boosts your immune system, keeps your lymphnodes healthy)

They also have vitamin C which of course helps ward off the chances of your getting sick and does way too much for the body for me to list...

Usually has lots of Taurine (cleanses your digestive system, allows for a more efficient respiratory system as well as your nervous system, helps against aging, and it also helps you see better...they give it to cats and other animals so they can see better....they also put it in your contact solution to keep your eyes healthy).

EDIT: Another thing id like to point out....i dont understand those who drink soda....for example...those who drink Coke drink all that sugar and caffeine and then they want to be a little bit more healthier...so they switch to Diet Coke or Coca Cola Zero or something like that....well anything "diet" has aspartame in it which is much much worse for you than the sugar and caffeine was....aspartame gets between your neurotrasmitter junctions....meaning...your nerves will have a difficult time passing information between each other....those with neuro junction suppressions are those with psychological disorders, physical, or mental impairments....

...Also, there's also a theory that goes "anything liquid thats dark in color is not good for you"....ever wonder where kidney stones come from, lol....

Surge was the ultimate energy drink. I wish they would bring it back. Lol. It was the high point of my childhood.

I had a discussion with some friends about why Surge rawked so much and we decided it was because it was nothing but caffeine and water. What makes it different? The room Red Bull "wastes" in the formula with vitamins and things that are beneficial to you, Surge said screw it and put more caffeine in its place. Hawt damn I miss you surge.

I am into the Diet Rockstar because there are like no carbs and no sugar, I also drink the Low-Carb Monster on occasion. Everyonce and awhile I will drink Mountian Dew and Mountian Dew Code Red.
