trunk opener

    trunk opener

    can I possibly take the metal rods that are used to open the trunk via handle located beside drivers seat so I can only open the trunk with the key?:superconf :superconf :superconf :superconf

    Yeah, just open the trunk lid and disconnect the cable :) Then that little lever won't do anything at all.

    they make my subs sound like shizzy because they touch, also I dont ever open the trunk but I can still use the key :D :D Thanks for your help

    Thats what I did as well. Just makes it that much harder for a thief to get into your trunk.

    put your key in the trunk hole, turn it to the left so the slot is horizontal, take out your key.

    now you cant open trunk from inside.

    what about the bars that are the springy thingys for the lid? can I remove those?

    Yeah you can take them out but your trunk lid will drop like a ton of bricks without it :D

    weird how 92-95 civic sedans had the hydraulic on the trunk.

    could i possibly put hydrolics on? I am trying to get rid of trunk raddle and weight at same time I have Dynamat on everything in trunk... Also is there a way I can remove all the panels in the trunk and the crappy flex carpet thing in the trunk where stuff sits on and still have a sub? I dont have spare tire or jack :D :D :D (weight Saved) Is there a way to fill that gap?
