see...interior also play a part in pricing..that's why my figures were ballpark range..you just gave pics, no info...but that's cool....what state are you in e? also like I said...don't know the cost of housing in other states...so I really don't know which states are high cost and which ones are low cost...all I know is that houses in kentucky are cheap!

The following two pictures were recently taken on Eric's property as part of a government sting.

Major building code issues here...at least put some guide-wires on it man.

Penn as in Pennsylvania? Uhm, no.

Few reasons I say this....1. My best friend lives in Harrisburg in a house that would cost 300-500k more down near me. Exact reason why he passed up a job offer I offered to him.
    2. All of my inlaws live up in a pretty good sized down across the MD Line into PA, and the houses up there that are brand new would be another 300-400k down near me.

    3. Another good friend is a mortgage broker (opened up his own brokerage company in Baltimore) He commutes from York PA in a house that is bigger than mine, and he bought it for 300k less. (Hes a punk for that, haha). He also owns a house in Pittsburgh, where cost of living is still not as high, but at least higher than other areas in Pennsylvania.

Go North from MD, and cost of living decreases significantly. Go West, same thing. (Until you get out to California area). Go east and south, and cost of living is ridiculously higher than Northern MD. Get down to the North Carolina, S Carolina, Georgia, and Florida, and you can get a phat house for much cheaper than this area.

Police officer friend I have moved to Tampa to get paid more, and live in a house twice the size for half as much, on the water! Why ya think the old folks go down south for the winter, other than the weather? Its cheap.

Id love to move out of the area to another state, but my wife wants to be close to her family, and gotta stay where the money is!
