I felt sorry for the guy, but then again, I used to sell cars. We all gotta eat.

Though, it was his own fault for letting the guy drive with no lisence.

That was funny, I did that once in a Honda S2000 but it was because my friend worked at the dealership :) He drove it off the lot and then we traded places at a park around the corner and I was shifting and dumping the clutch at 9000rpm getting the ass end to step out at high speed, it was pretty fun. But I would never guy one cause the inside sucked. it was so damn uncomfortable.

Some people say it was all setup. Think about it. What guy would let a "stranger" test drive a car w/o a license!

A few dealerships up here never asked me for my licence when I test drove some cars... it happens, especially if they think the person is serious and its a possible sale, they will be more excited about the possible sale than if the person has a licence or not... although, after the guy said he didn't have one, he shouldn't have let him drive (the dealerships insurance would have a field day with that one if an accident had happened, especially since it was on tape)... parts of me think it was staged too, like how did they get the shots from outside when doing the burnout or coming around that turn? I doubt the salesmen would have let them stop, get out, and tape them abusing the car from the outside unless he was in on it...

They could have had multiple people out with cameras. Say 4 friends, 1 driving, another in the car with a camera and two others staged at preset areas near the dealership to catch footage of the test drive.... it's quite possible.

Now, wouldn't a salesman think it's a little odd to have the test drive videotaped? I know some people video tape college visits so they can remember stuff, but test driving a car isn't quite the same.
