I don't beleive someone is boosted without photos. I mean my car has been in my garage since Friday and my turbo still isn't done. 7 days and approx $3500 later not including my installers labor fee's and I'm still not on the street. These cars are not easy to turbo unless you really know what your doing :) I've already posted pics of my turbo and its a part of my sig but I don't have pics of it on the car yet so at this point the truth is I have a turbo but its not fully installed yet :D I'll try to post some pictures tonight once we get the manifold sinched down to the head with the new gasket so you can all see what kinda crazy it is.

ok guys im sorry for the delay i was catching on some other projects (turbo spec v), but here we have all the pics the ride on the car is really nice, its seems that we have a bitch gone crazy after 3500rpm's, then after that it goes and goes non stop we are pretty happy with the 4psi its pushing, im pleased with the results cause the corolla hasn't even been tuned. The only problems we've encountered are such huge injectors, which really fuck up the idle and the oil return line these 2 things should be fixed during the next days. The pics are kinda dark cause my camera sucks, also jtweezy we need to take the car to the cars wash so you can show off all that aluminum and stainless steel you have. :)

so.... my question to you.... it seems like a fairly small turbo.... and all of 4psi.... WHY are you on 630cc/min injectors??? why would you even conceive that? 300 should do that setup just fine at ~ 70% threshold

are you *SURE*? make sure your throttle body is closed off when the gas pedal is not depressed. Usually the one of the only things that can cause a high idle is a presence of too much air in the intake thus demanding more gas, thus making you idle higher. the computer can't raise your idle rpms its a direct result of other conditions being met. *somehow* air is getting into your intake.

    1) vacuum leak - lines, switched units, etc --- anything that has a hose going to the intake needs to be checked and rechecked
    2) idle screw adjustment - direct mechanical influence on the resting state of your throttle position. this makes you idle higher or lower by adjusting how open or closed your throttle body is thus adjusting how much air is allowed in.

there's something else i'm missing here, but it too is located on the throttle body... im very tired right now, i'll edit later and add it cause i cant remember shit right now -- or someone can chime in

you're missing the idle air control valve...... if not hooked up, working improperly, or no coolant then your idle will shoot up
