I snapped one of my bolts!!!!!!!

I snapped one of my bolts!!!!!!!

I was taking my rims off and putting my steelies wit winter tread on today and on my front right tire, i was taking the wheel lock off and it was coming out unusally hard and after i pushed it, the whole bolt snapped off including the wheel lock, i put the steelie on and stuff, but shit! idk wat to do now! i'm now running a 3 bolt pattern up front....
any advice?

go to ur local pepboys or something alike and have them fix it, it cost me about $20 with my rear hub already off

wats the labor, casue i'm guessing they need to take apart my breaks and all that stuff

umm, i dunno, mine was $20 total, cuz it was on my rear and all i had to do was take off the rear hub

the front ones take more time... and prolly take more money... i crossthreaded mine so i had to change mine... front ones too...

here's what you do...
once wheels are off, turn the wheel out so you can get easy access to the caliper... there are 2 bolts holding the caliper on to the car... take those out... they are pretty hard... i had to use a pipe on my wrench to get more leverage...once off, i tied the rotor on to the caliper so i dont have to slip the caliper off of the rotor... use a wire tie to tie the caliper on the springs to prevent damage to the brake line...(its hard to put back after its taken out...) once out, simply hammer out the old stud... then put the new one in... use an open end nut to tighten in the new one... then put everything back in reverse order... i suggest spray the 2 bolts holding the caliper with wd40 or something to loosen it up...

its very dangerous to drive around with only 3 bolts to hold the wheel
to the hub...

and my friend with his VW get it fixed for $50 at a local shop
its the front one also

any parts supply store... they prolly go around $1-1.50 each...
pepboys, murray's autozone... etc...

alright i guess i can drop it off whenever i get a chance
