Even if you hate your job...job history is one of the most important things that creditors and potential employers look for.

My mortgage lender saw my 4 year job history...from 18 to present and was impressed.

Dunno yet...gotta see what the mortgage lender says tomorrow.
We shall see if everything works out the way I'm hoping it does. If not, I'll sadly end up renting for another year.

"Well officer, I was just calming sitting on my balcony drinking pink lemonade when the whole place just started burning around me! I drove off the balcony into the parking lot just in time to see my neighbors come running out screaming."

...145k...that's alot of burgers, propane and guinness. In fact I bet that would last the rest of our natural lives.

    ..fuck...145,000 in guinness? $150 a keg...keg lasts on average 2.5 months...

So that's average out to $600 bucks a year for guinness kegs...
That'd last about the next 240 years.

    Wow.

i think however, 2.5 months is giving a keg a lot of credit... the first keg of guiness we tanked in 2 weeks.. the second one was 4.5 weeks... sooo yeah... im thinkin more around .... 3 generations and less than 120 years.

as kris said... very drunken... we had already killed 1/3 of it within the first 4 days of having it. then by the end of the first weekend we were down to 1/3 left, which we promptly killed the following weekend. :)

Ah, kegs. Im in the process of buying a kegerator as we speak. Will be nice having a keg on tap at all times.

At my annual summer party, we kick 3 kegs. In college, we had beer pong tournaments, and at one of them we kicked 8 kegs in one night! I miss that! lol

You're half-internet and half-not. You did the "Y" for "Why" but forgot the "U" for "You"
