    There is a movie coming out in 2006 called Silence, directed by James Wan and starring Donnie Wahlberg, that should be along the similar dark lines of Saw and Hostel.

    I looked and couldn't find any...if you go to houseofjigsaw.com their forums have a lot about movies like saw/hostel/silence.
