    yeah but one of the points why i was so pissed was he told me he pulled me over for revving and having illegal exhaust on my car ( i didnt revv, i have stock exhaust on my car), but when he wrote me up, he only wrote me up for illegal tinted windows and ANOTHER POINT was that he didnt even know i had illegal tint until after he pulled me over because MY FRONT WINDOWS WERE DOWN FROM THE START OF THE CAR RIDE. grrr this infuriates me thinking about it again.

    not without just cause... but if your back windows are tinted aftermarket (yes he can tell if they are aftermarket) than chances are the front are too.. even older people who tint their windows do all 5...

    Explain "just cause". An officer can have you roll up your windows to check....vehicle code violations dont fall under the same laws as vehicle search laws

    If you read my post you would realize I do treat them with respect. I have gotton pulled over a ton of times and got off every single time because I showed them overkill amounts of respect. My problem is that I shouldn't have ever been pulled over in the first place. I was profiled.

    First off let me remind you of what an asshole you are. Second off thanks for posting that old thread it got lost a long time ago and unlike you I don't surf VVT-i 24/7 as the thread hall monitor so sometimes replies to my shit get lost. Anyways if you think that someone can't pay $30k a year in taxes then you are just naive, the more money you make the more taxes they take. You can think whatever you want about cops, love them and buy them flowers and shit but my experiences are different. Now go read my reply to that thread you posted you crotchety bastard so you can feel complete in that you received a response from me, finally... :p

    you might want to stop with the personal attacks bud. Good way to end up being banned. Anyways, the way you worded your initial post definately make it seem like you were one of those "All cops are pigs, fuck them" people. Maybe the cop did profile you. Yeah it sucks, but it happens. You had illegal tint, you knew it, and knew that at some point you might get caught for it. Sure he was an ass and pulled you over for BS, but you can't entirely blame him for the tint violation.

    Either way 98% of cops go up to your car not knowing if they are going to give you a ticket. Your over all attitude towards them decides if you get a warning or a ticket. I do "know-shit" because I'm majoring in political science with a minor in criminal justice, thus I spend most of my semester sitting in lectures with cops of all departments and some one always asks the question about what determines if you get a ticket.

    After re-reading your statement, he may as well have had a reason to pull you over. Not that you were doing anything wrong, just a situation of wrong place at the wrong time. Just because he's a cop and rides around in a car loaded with more horses than most cars out there doesn't mean he knows it wasn't your car reving the engine. Oh, and solid point about the window tint. Your back windshield was illigally tinted...you had to known before hand that this moment might come...living in CALI.

    That wasn't the slightest bit uncalled for. I bet if your car is stolen you aren't going to be saying "FUCk da police!" You'll be saying "hello, yes 911 my car has been stolen, can you help me?!"

    Sorry to hear about that. I would be careful too, if they remember you they could be looking for your tint again. I would suggest getting legal tint. (I know it doesn't look as good) How dark is it?
