You might want to get the HVAC panel off a chevy prizm since its black and will match your black interior....Milky and Mack have already done this since the inside/outside air stick is manual rather than automatic that the corollla S has.

Haha, I got a few scratches on my hands and arms. It was worth it though.

I'm not a big fan of CF, I was thinking of wrapping my window switches with a wood grain vinyl.

Painted interior pieces haha, they bring back memories.

Its a CE. )= I'd take grey interior over tan any day.

I was looking them up on eBay and they're hella expensive. If you just so happen to find a black master window switch, black driver side air vent w/ a mirror switch, and a black climate control, let me know!

So this is what I got done today. Buffed out my passenger headlight, mocked up the PR rear valences, and fixed my air bag. Lots more updates coming soon!

I thought you'd like the Charmander sticker lol. The air bag itself is fine, but the cover is beat to shit.
Dude I wish, someday I'll have enough for a 5 speed swap. Right now I'm just faking the funk.

No, it's just cbass's 1st grade comprehension skills kicking in again.

cbass, I asked if the airbag was blown, so that's why the cover was broken. He said no, it was fine. So then I wondered what else could have caused that damage if not a blown airbag.

    Maybe you missed this part:

Sorry to confuse you Gold. I meant my air bag in my car is fine. The donor car that I took the air bag cover from was deployed.

Thank you brotha, it makes driving my car less painful lol.

so in your car, you can just swap the cover from airbag to airbag? Might as well have just left your original cover and just stickerbombed that lol

I finally polished 1 of 4 Jlines. It came out OK. I still need to hit it with a little more Mother's Polish. Also I was messing around with my cluster today and I think I fucked up the MPH. Can anyone confirm that if you're driving on the highway around 2200 rpm you're going 70 mph or is that way off?

Yeah, it was pretty simple. I would've but I destroyed it trying to take it out lol.

Because I haven't updated in a while, I figured now would be a good time. Some of you may or may not have noticed in the past that I haven't posted a picture of the passenger side of my rolla, here's why...
    Matt's Windows Phone_20140512_011.jpg
Yeah... It's been like that for the past 5-6 years, after some jerk driving in front of my dad purposely slammed the brakes to try and collect insurance money. It began to develop rust a few months later, so my dad bought some cheap, "close-enough" colored Rustoleum to paint over that monstrosity. As you can see, it's pretty fugly. So I finally decided to do some bodywork this past weekend. Matt's Windows Phone_20140619_015.jpg
Bought a cheap Taiwan-made replacement fender, which fit the car pretty well. Then, I hammered out the tweaked door as much as I could and Bondoed it up.
I bought some primer and paint from Automotivetouchup.com, heard their products were good.
    Matt's Windows Phone_20140620_013.jpg
It covered nicely, and matched exactly. Clearcoat was full of orange peel at first, but after some wetsanding and rubbing compound, it looks good as new!
    Matt's Windows Phone_20140621_020.jpg
Will post some better daylight pics to show the shine, lol.
    Matt's Windows Phone_20140622_008.jpg
I'm thinking next mods will be tints or blackhousing headlights.

Hey Guys, I've been watching these forums for a long time, and finally found the time to make a profile and put up a post. my car definitely can't compare with a lot of the nicer ones on here, but I've put a lot of work into it. I've looked through just about every page on these forums trying to find DIY pages, and general information that would help me to upgrade and fix different things on my car, so I'm planning on trying to make my own page to write up some of my own work and add to the library for others. Of course, I don't have a lot of time to add to it, so I won't be on here all that often. sorry if these pictures come across weird, I'm still trying to get the hang of this. 20140624_202356 2.jpg 20140624_203852.jpg
