But yea gold ill invite you to a slater doughnut burger if you ever come out to cali again...maybe jut fly out here and all of us *looks at milky* can hang out n just chill.

I know, i know the exhaust is sticking out too much....just because my resonator has a huge hole ill fix my exhaust this week.

You need to replace all the piping and hangers, the whole nine. It looks like it was held up with coat hangers, and the entire thing looked floppy and disgusting.

Yes i know mack, its all f'd up....those were my super noob days in working on corollas...

for now im only going to tuck the muffler in, but maybe in a month or two ill fix the whole line from the back of the motor to the back of the car. I just spent a good amount of money from the LA trip so i need to settle down on the wallet.

Dont think ill do the mad JDM muffler angle, just straight out tucked right under the rear valence.
Installing the header aswell and making it so that i can easily swap between the OEM and OBX one.

Still wondering where are the crappy welds on this thing? is it at the collector or where the plate is at? might want to fix it before i throw it on.

Also going to fix my resonator and actually put it right this time.

You just need to remove the end of the header and replace it with a flex pipe

little update, so before toyotafest 14 i drove out to san jose north pick n pull and bought me some sweet S door panels and that completes my full S interior conversion. It took a while but im happy with it.

The driver side door panel did have some slight damage to it.
    10325256_694458247277712_3252262081775339790_n.jpg

yup, it was cracked...BUT ive been searching for the longest time these door panels and every time they show up they are either torn, destroyed and just terrible. The driver side door panel was the only one damaged so i bought it anyways. I got the window trim panel, the door handle and everything else with it for $10 each door panel. i bought 3 since i had already owned 1 S door panel from a wrecking yard in modesto.

So nothing that fiberglass cant fix....use some sand paper to remove any smooth area so that the resin can stick to it better....
    10258819_694458257277711_275056379418080712_n.jpg

mix some fiberglass resin with the hardner.
    10336808_694458243944379_1753217910687013705_n.jpg

apply some resin on the damaged area before laying the fiberglass.
    10330377_694458377277699_8224683504324727725_n.jpg

let is sit for 30min directly on the sun light and it should be ready by then.
    14554_695232130533657_8642588001217901220_n.jpg

    very happy with the results.

threw back the TRD springs on the stagg struts...
    10154102_675514462505424_721029848_n.jpg

and finished off by installing the bumper brackets. the bumper sits a bit lower than the original 01-02 so i had to make my custom spacers aka open end lug nuts hahaha
    10339682_695232137200323_106100100094793116_n.jpg

and cleaned up my engine bay and finally got a chance to spray the alternator.
    10334394_695232127200324_4648676083519446171_n.jpg

Going to work on my hand brake, jack up the back and crawl under the car.....hopefully all works well.

    10270449_695350997188437_1492421021782021281_n.jpg

god im such a noob....i thought that was how they go, now to fix that issue.

while i was under the car fixing this i decided to get a hammer and close the huge hole my resonator has from when i was on the ksports...
    1613889_695351000521770_7571912670347424377_n.jpg

the exhaust got a bit quiet but its still a bit loud so i guess i gotta get the resonator welded shut or relocate it.

Also decided to put my interior back together since most of it was gutted.

Much improved from when I saw it lol. Why did you have to fiberglass the door panel? I mean, you can't see the damage from the front, and it shouldn't move when it's stuck to the door.
