    ive seen friends do a successful roll with a baseball bat while heating up the panel with a heat gun

    or do what i did....use a mallet style hammer

    Well, with height adjustable suspension like mine you could, or just jack it.
    Use like a Cola bottle, cuase of it able to give and still be firm you roll it on the wheel and slowly move deeper as the shape is tapered. Applying some heat would make the panel more flexible yes.

    Damn did I have to look for your reply.
    Well there is a small lip that runs more vertical than with the shape of the panel right, so to roll that out, maybe that is called flarring, not sure, but not the whole panel, just the edge.

    Still the bottle would work the same way as they use a steel pipe to achive the same look

    As you know I got the fabric for the doors, I ordered two yards of fabric, and it looks to me I might have enough to do the roof as well, the width seems to be perfect but I'm not too sure about the length. I know its long enough to reach front to back but I still need to fabric doors too! So does anyone have a measurement of length x width? I'm hoping I have enough fabric to do everything.

    So, as I said before I wanted to upgrade my speakers so I been shopping around, I was going to buy these cheap Pyle ones but I think I'm gonna fall back and get something a bit more quality. Here's what I been looking at,

    look right behind your bumper, in front of the radiator (or a/c condenser if your car is so equipped) you'll see a wiring harness going to a plug. Slap it in, you can't miss it.

    Houston we have a problem! I installed new cluster, its not really working though, odometer swap worked but none of the gauges are working.

    yea, i figured this was going to happen since you had to remove the face....you need to re calibrate your needles

    --for the temperature needle, remove it and once your car has been idling for a while place it around the middle...usually all corollas sit in the middle once they have been on for a while unless you have overheating problems

    --for the rpm you need to see your other cluster and check where does it sit when you have had it idling for a while....both my auto corollas sit around 700rpm at idle, you will need to place the needle around that area or get a tool that displays your rpm readings like a scan tool

    --for the speed you need to be driving, maybe set cruise control on or know how fast your are going and while driving set the needle to the right speed. you will need to have the needle removed before doing this....this one is the trickiest but it can be done easy, i used a gps to see how fast i was going and set it like that

    --for the gas, well that's easy....fill it up and take off and place the needle a little above the F

    Oh you replaced the entire cluster? You went from a VE cluster to an S cluster. That left blinker will never work, it's a known glitch, with no solution that I have been able to find. That's why in my DIY I point out to only change the faces, keeping your cluster will solve all issues. As cbass said, the gas gauge you can put at the F on a full tank, or just match it to your original cluster, the speedometer is the way I did it too, find a long straight road, keep your speed steady, (with cruise control if you have it, a lot of VEs don't) look at a GPS unit to see how fast you're going, and slap the needle on at that speed. The RPM one actually has a simpler solution, since they are all spring loaded to a specific point. If you move that little tab out of the way, the one that holds it at 0 rpm when the car is off, you'll see the needle falls to the 6 o clock position (if it were a clock), that is the most relaxed point at the spring. Put your new needle on at a 6 o clock position, and use your finger to move it up and back above the tab at zero. You'll find that it will be at the correct position when warmed up and idling. This same method also works for the temperature gauge, or you can wait until it's warmed up, and put it in the middle. The turn signal issue is a fairly insurmountable issue. With enough time and wiring skills I'm sure you can bypass it, but the easiest thing to do is to move the faces and needles to your old cluster.

    not sure, shouldn't bee much....ive shipped heavier things across the country for under $12, heck i shipped side skirts to puerto rico for like $20 lol....ill weight them later tonight and let you know...might be able to fit them in a priority box for $11

    they need a good wash tho
