OK, i know that, i didnt say dont buy them, I said DONT CHEAP OUT... im simply showing/telling you better options.

    i just did

    OK, enjoy what you buy

UMMMMMM DUHHHHH, why cant they have it in the cheap bag? cuz its a good cereal reason why nothing good will be cheap....why have interest in off brand/no name coilovers when you can spend more money on some reliable ones that actually are used by other people?

I dont see how you can say justa4banger is cheaping out. he simply asked for an opinion, james was only one he really gave his impressions on the coilovers.

Nex coilovers have been proven to fit better than ksports and dont have as harsh a ride(well i guess that all depends on the settings). So would be getting Nex coilovers be considered cheaping out since they are cheaper.

There has been a lot of studies actually on this type of topic also and surprisingly the majority chose off brand food.

Also a lot of brand name food is often the same as off brand just one brand is marketed more than another causing the price to be a bit higher.

I have done a similar study in highschool where I compared the tastes of Mountain Dew, Mellow Yellow, Hy-Vee Hee Haw, mountain hollar, mountain lightning. Blind study, the only differences they could see before they tasted were slight differences in color. Nearly everyone chose the off brands before the big name brand that pepsi puts out.

I also stated earlier that sometimes the cheaper option is very well worth it. Like I said before, Raceland coilovers are about half the price of some well respected brands. Given past experiences with them, as well as others, I would put my word behind them everytime, JUST BECAUSE I HAVE PAST EXPERIENCES WITH THEM. I would venture to say you have just as much experience with these as I do. Reason why I asked for advice, you can't simply knock a product based on their price. IE - raceland coilovers

crolla, i never said if they were a cheaper price, i said dont cheap out because those ebay ones he showed look very cheaply made, you look at some other coilovers and these, you immediately see the difference...and as james said thin mounting points and who knows how those welds will hold up.....

i said dont cheap out, do those ebay coilovers even have a name? that's where i brought up the cereal thing because the bags are generic no name brand compared to the brand named good ones.

and last i checked raceland coilovers are only height adjustable, i had a set from a wrecked celica my friend had, maybe that's why they are cheaper :noidea: who knows....

yes they are only height adjustable I believe but are also very stiff for those people that are trying to achieve a very low status. But if thats all you are going for like a lot of people are doing, that is a very good option. I had them on my del sol for 3 years, not one problem. As far as I know there is only one person that can give a fair review for these. Yes, there have been points about whether they are good based on the picture, and I'm sure people are appreciative of that, I am, I asked the question.

I'm done arguing, you can't simply compare food to coilovers. You can't compare food to food with other people. It's all based on personal opinion.

The ONLY way this would come to a conclusion of whether these are a good buy or not is if people took the leap, or the people that have taken the leap to purchase these wrote a review about them with pictures of how they were installed and pregression of their lifetime if and untill they crap out.

I could honestly give a shit less if you troll. I'm stating valid statements, while you are over here comparing food to car parts DAB

He just needs to learn how to voice his opinion without coming across like an asshole. Just like when Ryan was making his hybrid bumper, and he wanted to plastic weld how he wanted to, cBass just yelled at him and called him stupid.

Well, since we're on the subject of buying cereal lol.... I buy boxes. I bought some last night. And I don't buy any cheap off-brands, either. Got some real Cheerios and real Honey Bunches of Oats. I used to buy Kashi, but all that fiber made me constipated :please:

So, what we're saying here, is that since I buy real-brand cereal in boxes, that makes me a baller.** :fyeah:

i just said dont cheap out because the things look cheap, they dont have the double layer on the mounting points like all the other coilovers, the guy cant take it too seriously

Ryan, thats a different story, i told him face to face on how to weld the bumpers but if he is going to stay SUV status then fuck it, no need to tell him his bumper is going to crack in half while driving on the freeway...
