    You gotta remember it's made for the 98-00 bumper which is a lot more round. When I had them on my original bumper it was perfect.

    So it's a couple months late, but I have started wet sanding and buffing/waxing the new paint job. Here's the roof, before I did anything:

    Here's the trunk, after I wet sanded with 2000 grit paper, then waxed, then polished, then followed up with a scratch removal and shine. The trunk looked the same as the roof before I started:

    Also replaced my rear struts that I had sitting around for a while:

    You can see the old ones are total garbage:

    No more sagging struts means the rear got raised a bit:

    Adjusted the rear camber bolts to tuck the rims in a little bit better:

    Yeah I'm gonna get an orbital buffer and really go to town on it. Gonna finish the rest of the car in this manner first though.

    ive learned by hand is much harder, the big buffer will save you hundreds of hour...also in the second pic you stilll have orange peel, you need to keep sanding until its smooth

    Hey, if you have orange peel in the paint, can you fix it buy clear coating over the orange peel and buffing that? Or does the paint underneath have to be perfect first.
