    Good day guys

So Im looking for new set of mags.
Which size is better for track style racing?
I'm currently on some 14" mags

Was looking at 17" to raise the subframe from the ground as it was sitting to low, but was a good clearance in the arch with the BC Coilovers.
Some say I should go with 15" as it is easier to pull and tyers are less expensive than 17's - so they say.
So was thinking of Blades to make it look good, but not to sure on the weight of them.
But I do not think 15's will be good enough to clear the bottom of the car. Im talking the height of a box of smokes here. - dont get me wrong, the ride is great like that, but for everyday driving it becomes a hassle when you take out maingate runners with the chassis. So currently running at a higher setting but ride is not happy (nose picks up too much and influance staering) and it looks wrong.

Any advise on what is used and recomended for on tracks will be great.

    Keep Well

Even 15s will look kinda small.... sure they will be lighter than 17s, but then you need more tire, so the overall weight is not too different. I'd go for 16 or 17" max and a smaller tire sidewall for track.

    Thanks Gold
The Blade rims are like TRD, came with the 20v editions.
Here in RSA 16" is the most expencive tyre to by, but said to be the best size for racing.
Put you in the picture, a 14" cost about R650 where a 16" could be 3 times and not stocked by most. so you might not find the tyre in that size and have to import one set just for you.

I have been advised now that 15's are the best as 17's will be hard to race as it takes more power to turn.
So looking for a set of blades and 2 others to put the semis on.

Anymore comments still welcome as it could prove to change what I think is best.

Yeah if you really can't get 16s, I'd probably choose the lightness of 15s over the smaller tire of 17s.

17s are way too big, I'd go for 15s for the lightest weight

15s on this car. You are correct about tires for 16" wheels.

    True that Melady.
First I needed to establish which is a size as I would start with a cheaper brand like Raching Hart Concepts.

We can get all sorts as I mentioned before I imported my BC's and Africa as you call it Imports more than itExports.
Feel free to raise your opinions on which wheels are the best to use. I was thinking some Enkei twinspokes. Lokes similar to the 20v twinspoke.

Think you All need a Geographic lesson as I am in South Africa, you know home of PW Botha and Mandela

Love the fact that no one know what I am, as in Race.
Eventhough I am from Africa... what gives away who I am?
If I remember correct you think I am black, correct? Would that be light or dark?
