thats what im trying to figure out...him and his buddy were speeding in the middle of the lanes and someone was changing into my lane and he got hit and was slammed on the back of my car...

My mom was sleeping and once she heard the hit she saw the rear and saw the guy holding onto the spoiler and thought i had ran him over.

guy stood up and walked fine with only a broken finger, my mom has tension all on her hips and im fine, my back actually felt better prior to this.

Your back felt better before or after the hit?

Yeah weird, so someone hit him, then he hit you. Bummer!!

So insurance sent me to get an estimate to 2 locations...first location said 2.2k and second said 2k...:awyeah:

The other guys insurance is also paying for the chiropractor visits for my mom and our pain n suffer.

yes, i was already standing straight and started to jog in the morning to get back in shape. Im fine right now just still spooked in a way since you dont see a guy hanging on your spoiler while his bike flips on the freeway

So the guys on the bike said they were cut off by the truck but even if they got cut off the impact wouldnt have been that bad on my car, fuck man his shock broke! all that is the oil from it...he was at least going 95+ since i was already speeding at 75mph...he was going through traffic in between the lanes, i saw him yet his story does not match up with mine...im just bored so i drew out what happen

That's the oil from his engine all over the trunk? I still don't see how the front tire can burn the back like that. There'd be no momentum to keep it spinning like that. Weird.

x2 my first thought was that the side of the bike, where the engine and manifold are hit the bumper sideways, but that was before hearing his story.

I think it's paint transfer from his black fender on the front tire.

its from his forks...and that is the plastic, heck you can see the silver paint on the guys tire!

if he was going at an angle, side ways the oil from the fork would have hit the middle barrier and not my trunk n bumper

Oh, you mean to damage more of the car so that it can be fixed by insurance. Well what else would you want to damage anyway? I thought it was in pretty good shape after you worked on it.
