Interesting....Ill be putting my TRDs on next year and we all know that the 8th gens sit lower in the rear than in the front. The TRDs are 1.5" drop all around so I may have to put spacers in the rear so it looks lowered evenly.

i did but it didnt correct my problem. my rubbing issue is with the tires rubbing on the strut base where the spring sits. it raised the rear of the car but the gap between the tire and strut base is still the same. if anything it rubs more now than it did. i would imagine the coil spacers would work only if you are rubbing on your fender or something else.

So wait it raised the rear of the car correct?

Your rubbing on your strut which means you have wheel offset / tire size issues not spring issues.

uh no. i've had my wheels and tires for half a year now. i started rubbing when i put my sound system in the trunk. its the weight and its rubbing on the strut spring base.
my wheel is 45mm and my tire width is 195. that is pretty close to stock.;)

My rim is 45 offset and tire is 215. I just have a problem rubbing the fender which is why I chose the spring spacers. Also if you go out and buy a few more of those nuts for the spacers it's better than having one nut hold up the bracket without supporting nuts underneath.

Wow, 215s are really wide for a Corolla. I'm on 205s and I used to rub really bad. After I rolled the fenders, it all went away.
