    Hi everyone!

I thought I introduce myself since I tend to always come to this site. I live in Canada Ontario and own a standard 2002 Corolla S. It has been with me for 10 years and I just love driving this car. Its my daily driver and I try to always keep it looking as new as the day I got it from the dealer. I Just recently ordered some Koni yellows and GC and waiting for them to arrive. Pretty excited to give some new life to my car.

My Future plans consist of :

    --koni/gc ( to be installed)
-- New seats because they aren't too comfortable for long camping trips
    --2zz-ge swap ( hopefully soon :) ).
    --Crystal jdm black headlights
    -- more TBD
Heres a few pics of my car, hope you like :) trd1 copy.jpg .

Are those real TRD rear valences? Front bumper is different than what you usually see. Not a big fan of the taillights but overall I approve! Not that my opinion really matters lol. Nobody's opinion here matters. We're laid back and random, and talk a lot of crap. Hopefully you can hang with it.

Yup those are real TRD valences. I also have the front TRD ones but haven't been able to find the side ones. I knew I should have bought all of them when I had the chance years back lol. Still searching now. Glad you like my car :) . The forum, sounds pretty good... Looking forward to hanging around here.

There's a guy making replicas of the entire kit on here, you should check it out. The sides aren't ready yet, but the spoiler, rear valences, and 98-00 front valences are too. Since you have a 2002 I'm assuming you have the 01-02 front valences? They are different than the 98-00, and people are looking for those. Don't be surprised if you get asked to let them borrow your fronts to make replicas.

Haha Ye, its a R33 skyline bumper. Thanks for your comment, I recently installed those fog lights :). 1 million dollars sounds nice lol :p but I think ill pass on the quick buck since I would have to literally rip off my front valence since its bolted and glued on to my original bumper -_-..Don't want to take the chance of spoiling it... so ye.. sorry I can't help you on that bud.

@ roachrolla -- Thanks bro! Haha, ye I might change out the tail lights. The current suspension is stock. Its pretty old so thats why i'm replacing it.

Its not bad at all when there is 2 people. Doesn't scrape at all. But i'm a pretty light guy so ye lol.. But when I have 3 people or more , it scrapes the fenders pretty bad. I think when I install my new suspension and roll the fenders. I should be fine.

make sure when you roll your fenders to heat up the paint, that way the paint wont crack.

    WOOOOOOOHOOOOOOO fresh meat!!! :D

Welcome, Mr.......? Can we call you Black? lol.

But I like the car! The first thing I was gonna suggest are the black head lights.... but you've already got them on the list! Those will look sweet.

The second thing was to lower it.... but it actually doesn't look bad on stock suspension, maybe because the front and sides are so low. I would recommend (as well as everyone) to use Tein S-Tech springs!! Use those with your planned shocks and it will be a completely different car, so much fun to drive (especially in the corners). And you shouldn't have rubbing problems, though if you do, just roll the fenders.

And the paint looks very nice and shiny, is it original (except the body kit of course)? Jeez, I'd forgotten what a black Corolla paint is supposed to look like lol (no thanks to Mack lol).

Welcome, hopefully you'll be regular. Remember, the new-member initiation is a long and dreaded process, but well worth it in the end :) Just don't let yourself get offended and you'll be good.

    ^^^ This.

Let me guess......... I'd better prepare my anus to give you a million dollars to give to this guy? lol. I must admit, the Bank of Gold doesn't have $1,000,000

^^^ This guy.... he had those tail lights for the longest time until I persuaded him to get rid of them lmao. Though they really aren't THAT bad......

haha thanks for your comments and warm welcome Gold!. Tein S-Tech springs .. Ah I should have introduced my self earlier lol. I wasn't too sure what springs and shocks to get.. and I ended up ordering koni yellows and ground-control springs just a few days ago. Not sure if that was a good choice or not >_<.

Ye the paint I have on the car is the original paint when I bought the car. I try to keep it shiny :).

Oh, that's what "gc" meant. Well at least the shocks are nice!!

Nice! And right when I had just given up hope that I'd ever see nice paint on an 8th gen again lol :)

This guy . Lucky to have 10 pesos in his account.

Like everyone else said... go back to OEM tail lights and get rid of those side skirts asap, go atleast OEM on the sides. (love you roach) Other than that the blacked out headlights would really compliment the aggressive front bumper.

^^^ If he gets rid of the side skirts, the front bumper has to go. Really, it's the rear that doesn't match. But I'm not gonna say to remove real TRD parts lol. I would have killed for the 01-02 Molly kit back in 2007.

Coilovers are the best solution! But not everyone is ballin like me. lol

Its because the front bumper is so bulky compared to the OEM one. If anything I would say try to get the TRD sides. I've just never been a fan of the body kit side skirts.

The TRD sides still won't line up with that "bulky" front bumper....

 Mine's an 02 you know, and I've got coilovers.....

x2 you're gonna need it Roach, dealing with that spammer cbass.
