    So i got rear ended today...it was raining pretty bad but i think a cellphone or something was the blame because i had braked to not block an intersection and i get hit like 4 seconds after i had braked...

    mexican guys, 4th gen mustang black with 22 dub rims....ill get more pictures that i took later

    they ran my license and it came out fine, both of us had insurance so i think im going to sue this guy because my neck is killing me...once again i was at a complete stop and i got hit...its a good thing i did not paint the corolla, the rear bumper is all fucked up towards the bottom where the fins are at and the middle piece is about to come off so the bumper is trashed...think ima fix it...

    Dang bro!! While it completely sucks that you got rear ended, I'm glad to hear you had a huge space in front of you so that the front didn't get wrecked also.

    IDK what it is, but your rear bumper has gotten damaged a lot lately....

    It looks like it is fixable for sure though... nothing's too hard for Bondo Man! :D

    but anyways the police did the report, we both had insurance and i'm surprised my license came back fine...they told me to pick up the report in a week. Going to call my insurance monday and see what i can do, My dad tells me my neck pain will hurt more the next day...going to the chiropractor 2mrw if the pain continues but i'm really not letting this fucker slide so easy. Its a good thing my car sits up high or the impact would have gone to the trunk.

    In the end i still win, i have a solid case...going to hire my lawyer, she helped me on the 2 previous accidents, she is very good.

    not sure mack but i took a massive amount of pictures...my rear defogger was off at the time so i did not even see him coming at all...plus raining hard

    When i got hit it felt like he squished in the whole car, I seriously felt sad until i got out and saw my quarter panels and trunk were unharmed.my sister was in the back seat because i dont have my front seat and she got the same neck pain.
