    Lol tingy sounds right. And picked up the 3m lens restoration kit today along with exchanging windshield mount kit because it was missing a screw. Lol and somehow ended up with a green microfiber sponge xD

    hey guys. washed the car today.. it looked exactly the same when i finished. tips on car detailing?
    i have a lot of clear coat missing, there are small chips in the hood a loong with some rust. going to get back to black by "mothers" for the plastic panels and all. and heard about clay bars and wax "turtle wax" but not sure whats the best way and products. i dont want to make things worse

    I don't think any of those products can hurt anything. I started out with Meguiar's products, and good middle-range line :)

    Haha. looks more shiny then it really is, i can still grip well. the power of photo editing. and yep i think its just pushed in. i need to work on all the chipped/rusty parts on the car :(

    If the entire car isn't faded to shit you could try a spray can of the touch up paint that is the same code as your car.

    happy new years everyone, i thought the forum got shut down, but hey its back up.
    anyway, ive worked on the car a lot since i got it. plastidipped the mirrors, side panels, front grille and bottom, also added a garage door lip (i know i know) lol. mmm, got a wink mirror up. and touched up chipped paint on the hood. heres pics!
